Training in multichannel communication at Banco Sabadell

More than forty people from Banco Sabadell took part this week in a training workshop on digital trends in communication given by Xavier Fisa and Miquel Pellicer.

For eight hours, staff in the bank’s Communication and Institutional Relations department learned all about multichannel communication.

Across two sessions, the teams worked what we call ‘Multichannel Storybuilding Canvas’, a method designed by Lavinia for developing communication-related projects.

In order to boost awareness of current trends in communication, another of the main objectives is the development of joint projects involving people from multidisciplinary backgrounds.

As well as the aforesaid coaches, Marc CullellMarina GuaschIsaac CasalsElizabeth ParcerisaRaquel PratIgnasi Marcet and Mònica Ortiz were also involved in the development of the experience.

A methodology with Lavinia vision

The different focuses involved in the design of multichannel experiences include an understanding of one’s community and building with its needs in mind. The ‘why’, the ‘how’ and the ‘what’ are fundamental parts of the canvas design.
