Alice reach partnership agreement with Global Editors Network (GEN)
Alice, the international broadcast division of the Lavinia Group, has become ‘video and media partner’ for the 2019 GEN Summit, the largest gathering in the world of media, which takes place from June 13 to 15 in Athens. Alice have reached an agreement with the Global Editors Network (GEN), the organiser of the annual event that brings together managers, chief editors and media innovators with more than 80 countries and 700 professionals participating.
This year’s edition will be held in Greece, and Alice join forces with the GEN Summit to enhance the event through a series of audiovisual content focused on promoting social channels. The collaboration is also complemented with the possibility of offering consulting services, as well as Alice’s presence in the exhibition space of the GEN Summit.

GEN Summit 2019 focus
The challenges that will be addressed in this edition are the development of projects through voice assistants, the role of video in journalism and the relevance of verification in the face of the increasing prominence of misinformation in the current communication ecosystem.
